Planning

Alan Brown is the current CBMCC Planning Liaison Officer.  His brief, together with those in the Planning Sub-Group, is to receive information about any planning issues regarding, e.g. new build,  extensions,  Local Development Plan, etc. and to bring to the attention of the Community Council any comments or suggestions pertinent to each case.

You can search for planning applications on the Aberdeen City Council website at www.aberdeencity.gov.uk/services/planning-and-building/planning-applications. In judging whether or not to raise any objections to any planning applications, the proposals are judged against a set of criteria.
