Planning Sub-Group
The Community Council is a statutory consultee on a range of planning-related matters. The Planning sub-group keeps an eye on all planning applications received by Aberdeen City Council that relate to our neighbourhoods. We also regularly respond on broader, strategic planning issues that affect our area.
The Planning Sub-Group use an agreed set of criteria when reviewing planning applications that relate to the CBMCC area.

The Planning sub-group is challenging the proposed route of the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route (AWPR) and has made a number of submissions to Transport Scotland on behalf of the Cults, Bieldside and Milltimber Community Council (CBMCC).
