Community Council
The Cults, Bieldside and Milltimber Community Council (CBMCC) was first established in April 1977.
It consists of 18 elected members. The three City Councillors for the lower Deeside Ward are ex officio members; as is the local Community Police Officer, who reports, especially on crime levels, at each meeting. The venue rotates between various halls and centres.
Meetings are open to any member of the public, who may speak (at the descretion of the chairman) but may not vote.
Members take responsibility for particular fields of interest and report on these at each monthly meeting. These are:
- Planning
- Roads
- Environment
- Community Services
- Crime Prevention
- Community Council Forum
- Finance
